Please review the requirement below, If you are comfortable and available shoot your updated resume with below information. *Project Manager* *Location: Sunnyvale, CA* *Duration: 3-6 Months * *Job Summary:* The position of IT Performance Manager is responsible for driving monthly and quarterly performance management activities across the IT organization. The successful candidate for this role will work closely with IT management, IT Planning, PMO, IT Communications team, senior leaders of the IT organization to facilitate performance management process, complete balanced scorecard that enables proactive management of the performance of IT. Reporting to the Director of Business Planning and Operations, this person will be responsible for the proper coordination within all IT groups to successfully identify performance metrics, provide performance root cause analysis, and ensure overall quality of IT delivery.. 1.Participate in definition and implementation of IT performance management framework 2.Manage quarterly and monthly performance evaluation cycles 3.Assist operational owners in indentifying and implementing performance enhancing diagnostics 4.Participate in the annual benchmarking process 5.Assist in definition and implementation of new metric sets with the operational owners 6.Track and follow through on performance issue resolution with the action owners 7.Provide recommendations for performance optimization opportunities into IT planning 8.Assist in cascading of performance expectations and implementing performance based culture in IT *Job Requirement:* Deep understanding of what it takes to be world class IT organization. Experience in developing effective closed loop feedback processes for customers and employees to improve organizational effectiveness. Proven track record of operational pragmatism. Excellent project and organizational management skills, with demonstrated experience in business and IT relationship management. Experience in implementing service metrics. Experience in implementing scorecards and processes. Exceptional presentation and communication skills Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, IT Service operations, business process realignment and the financial and political elements of an IT organization. Creative approach to problem solving. Limited supervision is provided, as this individual can operate, drive results, and set priorities independently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert. To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through leadership and influencing multiple individuals and groups. 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
