Well experienced in handling day to day issues during various phases of the project (Define Phase, Design Phase, Development Phase, Testing Phase, pre production and post production phases) by adhering to the project SLAs and quality processes. . Experience in project related deliverables and approval processes . Experience with configuration management, defect management and remediation process working with the Clients, Architects, Tech Leads, Release management and Project Management . Good working knowledge towards change control process, release management process and Incident management process . Collaborative working knowledge with different project groups in resolving the issues (Clients, Vendors, Development Team, Architects, Release Management and Project Management) . Vast Business Analysis Experience in Development, Maintenance and sustain projects . Understand the client expectations, issues and work with different groups of the project to analyse, prioritize the issues based on the seviority and sensitivity . Test the application to make sure that requirements are implemented as per the approved specifications . Experience in System Testing, User acceptance testing and regression testing and periodic health checks of the application . Working knowledge towards UML, OOAD, Data Model and creating user mockup prototypes . Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. . Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. J2EE knowledge is nice to have . "Required Tools Experience: MS Office, Microsoft Visio, Rational Rose, Serena Dimensions, Relational Data Base knowledge . Experience in requirements managemet tools - Caliber RM" .
