Role: SDET2 (software design engineer in test) $ 30/hr The Candidate: Work independently with no supervision, and work with others to test the areas and come up with new test cases, debug/regress old tests. Monitor and investigate existing tests and work with the developer during coding and stabilization. Skills: Programming and debugging in C++ and C#. Must have 3+ years of testing experience at the API or driver level. Prior multimedia/graphics and mobile/embedded experience is good to have. Excellent written and oral communication skills is required and so is handling ambiguity. Education: Bachelors or higher preferred, but not required. Role: STE(Software Testing Engineer) $20/hr Primary responsibilities • Investigate Automated test pass results • Investigate reported issues and come up with solid repro steps. • Smoke test potential fixes by executing tests and ad-hoc testing around changes • Execute existing manual and automated tests and report results. • Ad-hoc test and logging good detailed bugs. Skills • Good Communication skills • Being able to work with other (Dev/PM) to drive issue to resolution. • Being able deal with ambiguity and work independently.
