SAP Lead/SME for Talent Management. Must have hands on design and
configuration skills in performance management, Succession planning,
Learning (LSO), and Compensation and be able to “go deep” in either
Performance Mgmt/Succession Planning or Comp or both. Must also have a
strong understanding of SAP Core Personnel Administration (PA) and
Organizational Management (OM). Must be able to facilitate blueprint
workshop design sessions in all areas listed above with some support from
other SAP SMEs on the team. Should have at a minimum 7 Years Experience in
SAP HR, with atleast 3 projects during the Blueprint Phase of a SAP HR
Talent Management project.

Skills Required: SAP Performance Management, SAP Succession Planning, SAP
Qualifications, SAP Learning (LSO), SAP Compensation, SAP ESS/MSS (best if
ESS is in the Talent space, not PA/OM space)
