Project Manager Consultant Having Expert Level Experience With Agile Scrum In Northern Jersey Interview process involve an initial phone interview followed by an in- person interview in NJ so it would probably be better if candidates were in the northeast currently. 6+ mns Rate Good • Project Manager Consultant who is at an expert level with the use of Agile Scrum with a minimum of 10 years experience who has also had experience with WCM (preferably Interwoven) and Java if possible. • If no experience with WCM then they must have experience with Web Development or Project Management experience in web development. • Candidate will work with an offshore and onshore team of developers. The only offshore resources are the QA testers. • The technology stack includes java, Oracle DB, Autonomy Interwoven as the Web Content Management system. • Projects are in a Unix environment. Candidates should have a strong prior developer background with Java, Oracle and UNIX if possible-this would be a big plus. • The candidate should have experience with WCM development projects and with Microsoft Project. • These two projects are more waterfall than agile, but the subsequent project will be mostly agile. • The project teams include a business analyst, technical lead, java developers, DB developers, Interwoven TeamSite developers, QA lead and testers, performance tester. The PM will be responsible for the timely deployment of these projects. • The type of person we seek must be self motivated, detail-oriented, and process-oriented but able to work in a dynamic environment. He or she must be able to pursue the team members to meet their deliverables and be ready to clear obstacles and/or escalate issues quickly.
