You will be part of an engineering group solving a wide spectrum of technical challenges aimed to improve the performance, scalability, and robustness of customer service and telesales applications. Responsibilities: . Test planning and execution . Build automated test and infrastructure to exercise our software . Cross team collaboration on development and testing activities . Train and mentor other team members Qualifications: . BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience . 6-8 years of development and test automation experience . Experience testing in a Java environment . Deep knowledge in test methodologies, test automation design, and iterative development . Thorough understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts . Ability to decompose a complex technical problem and formulate a strategy to solve it . Experience planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large scale software system . Ability to clearly communicate your ideas, thoughts, and constructive criticism . Passionate about quality, technology, and automation . Must prefer automation over manual action .
