Weblogic is present but a minor part of the role** *Following are the details of the opportunity:* The person hired for this position will support implementation and maintenance of .net, Weblogic, and custom vendor applications on the Windows platform. Suports and monitors computer systems to ensure response times meet standards, service levels are maintained and monitor/initiate batch processing. Coordinates problem-solving efforts by bringing the right groups together, manages incident conference lines, captures and documents key information, sends notifications and utilizes playbooks to ensure availability is restored as soon as possible. Minimum Qualifications Experience with Infrastructure components (e.g. server, network, OS, etc). Weblogic configuration and Administration (EAR deployment, Connection Pooling, Performance Tuning) NDM File Transfer Mechanisms Security topics such as SSL, NTLM, and Channel Secure Java Encryption Frameworks and Classes UML and Visio ClearCase Remote Monitoring Applications Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications Excellent telephone communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience in fast paced, deadline driven environment Meticulous attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and successful self -management. Familiar with Windows OS, Metrics Gathering, Oracle Database Knowledge (SQLPLus).
