Position: Siebel Business Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN
Start Date: Immediate Duration: 6 months
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Client Relationship Management (CRM) business process knowledge. The focus for this position will be in support our efforts to roll out an upgraded version of Siebel (8.1).
× The person will Work with the Business and App Dev Team to translate current Siebel 7.8 functionality into functional design specifications for Siebel 8.1
× Documents functional design documentation including user flows, use cases, business rules and business processes
× Ability to design GUIs into visually compelling layouts with fluid navigation a plus
× Participate in the development of the test plan and test cases for IT testing and potentially User Acceptance Testing
× Execute testing in the IT environment
× Has working knowledge of systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies
× Handles complex operational tasks and escalates issues with potential resolutions
× Identifies and raises potential project risks
× Strong ability to work with business owners and IT AD teams to communicate and review functional design
× Ability to work in (sometimes) unstructured environment while meeting, project milestones and timelines
