The position will be based in Midland, Michigan This position will interfaces very closely with our business leaders globally to ensure that our recruiting strategy, goals, and selection process meet the needs of our business and align with the culture, clients and best interests of our people. Description: • Identify potential candidates based on job requisitions provided by Hiring Managers using Job Boards, Employee Referrals, Placement Ads, Networking, Cold Calling, External Placement Agencies • Conduct the initial screening to determine suitability and interest of Candidate and provide Candidate with information on the position and our company • Manage and coordinate interviews between Candidates and Hiring Managers • Extends verbal offers of employment to candidates under the direction of the Hiring Managers and within the guidelines of Company’s Compensation policy. • Ensure all proper paperwork and documentation is completed for all candidates throughout the sourcing process • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Cycle • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including Hiring Managers and External Vendors • 20% travel *Desired Skills & Experience* *Qualifications:* • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. • *Minimum of 10 years of experience* in full lifecycle recruiting preferably in the Information Technology/Professional Services. Must have experience in recruiting Sales and Technical Sales Support. • An expert level of knowledge including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing , job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence. • Experience of best practice Recruitment process, systems, and service delivery models. • Excellent knowledge of excel and powerpoint and other Microsoft Office Suite applications. • Experience in College Hiring and in implementing a College Relations program. • Knowledge and past use of a server-based applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required. • Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level. • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases. • Must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter.
