*Title :SAP PP* *Location: Niles,OH* *Duration: 5 months* Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any Technology related field. - Ten or more years of professional IT experience. Eight or more years of SAP product *applications/implementation* experience; or ten to fifteen years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of consulting or systems implementation management experience preferred. - SAP Module experience with *Production Planning (PP)* and *Quality Management (QM)* preferred.* APO and MM *a plus. - Analytical and problem solving skills, SAP end user focus and ability to think cross functionally. - Capable of traveling (30%) both domestically and internationally. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility to support the ERP functional areas with Business Process and ERP functional/technical knowledge. - Provides functional/technical expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on ERP products to the business units. - Assists in the development of change requests and project plans. Provides process analysis and configuration support for ERP functional areas. - Analyzes and maps the business requirements, processes and objectives; designs/develops necessary system modifications and solutions to satisfy change requests. - Assists in all phases of business support activities - support hotline, remote consulting, business case, impact analysis, executes and prepares training materials, builds scenarios, teach on-site at business locations and provide mentoring/support to less experienced colleagues. - Develops professional learning of ERP products/technologies and solutions to keep abreast of current deltas and releases of ERP software. Provides inter-team cross functional knowledge as required. - Maintain user level documentation and training materials for follow up support of the key business processes within ERP functional areas. - Participate in iterative development life cycle of design/development/unit/ integration/ regression and user acceptance testing, documentation and deployment. Including project management/oversight of small projects/enhancements in assigned areas. - Provide functional knowledge and support for business change management initiatives. - Provide daily production support for the user community. Work with "power" and ERP end users to identify and resolve functional or technical process issues. - Creates functional specifications for change requests as necessary. - Deliver ERP end user training.
