Net Physics etc. Familiar with Networking: Switches (3750/2950/6500/4500/4000), Routers (7200/3800/2800), Fiber Cables, Racks, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS Perform problem analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements for Data Network, Understand the QoS for VoIP Network, Conferencing requirements - Perform gap analysis and implements steps for improving service quality - Extend consulting and design - Monitor and manage SLA's and service quality Should be willing to work on Incident Management & familiar to Remedy. *Qualifications* Identify the minimum requirements needed to perform the job: Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in Data Networking.
