Able to define and document SAS environment standards, back-up strategies, guidelines and process that collects performance metrics. As part of SAS environment configuration, establish best practices on data and metadata security. Understand / monitor SAS environment storage growth and work with user areas to develop purge criteria. Perform integration of various SAS modules, document / validate SAS Enterprise Guide code deployment approach & process. Business Intelligence (BI) Architect - SAS Administrator This individual under general supervision, works in a environment which includes business intelligence architecture, environment administration & software upgrades, performance tuning and BI report application development. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
