We are need of *Sr Mac Developer *for 6 Months extendable contract, with our DIRECT CLIENT. Please review the requirement below, If you are comfortable and available shoot your updated resume with below information. *Sr Mac Developer* *Location: Los Angeles, CA* *Duration: 6 Months Extendable contract* *Job Description*: 1.Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user Macs, PCs and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels. 2. Execute moves, adds, changes and deletes (MACD) requests as they are submitted. 3. Onsite Hands and Feet support for Datacenters, Network devices, video monitoring equipment etc. 4.Responsible for world class user support on established SLO's at regional locations. 5. Applies a comprehensive and in depth working knowledge of IT support. 6. Communicate and resolve IT support issues with the business 7. Manage IT request handling. 8. Co-ordination with 3rd party vendors 9. Responsible for correct execution of contingency plans, backups, security and documented procedures at regional locations. 10. Responsible for world class user support on standard hardware and software. 11. Monitor and enforce IT standards compliance. 12. Responsible for on call hands and feet support on weekends and out of hour for all Severity 1 incidents or outage 13. Participate in new hardware and software implementations or upgrades. 14. Accurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal. 15. Assist in technical specifications for purchase of PCs, desktop hardware and related products. 16. Performing analysis of video feeds as and when needed 17.
