Job Title : PeopleSoft FSCM Production Support and Maintenance Project Lead - EPM(ETL and Cognos) Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8-10 yrs of Experience in PeopleSoft FSCM, EPM (ETL and Cognos). 3-6 yrs of Production Support lead experience. Good knowledge in AP, GL, PO,ePRO, IN, Ab-initio, Ascential DataStage and Cognos reporting. Project Management skills is mandatory. Necessary Skills : - Comfortable with Process-flows & Table Structures in EPM. - Working experience in custom RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Interfaces) components. - 1 end-to-end Implementation experience in PeopleSoft & EPM -Developed or tested custom Batch Scheduling & Workflow. -Interact with Functional and Testing Team to resolve issues & conflicts as needed. -Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). -Commitment to delivering a high quality work product. -70% Technical Knowledge; 30% Functional Knowledge. Desired Skills - Good knowledge in PeopleSoft FSCM, Ab-initio, Ascential DataStage and Cognos reporting Roles & Responsibilities : - Guiding team on PeopleSoft FSCM & ETL Design and Data Modeling -Assigning tasks, reporting status and interaction with customer - Guiding team on Business intelligence design focused on enterprise data warehouse solutions. - Performing advanced Analytics and data warehouse development - Perform project level design, data analysis and application performance analysis - Provide technical expertise to the team - Ensure quality and timeliness of the deliverables. - Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress and outstanding issues. - Identify the risks and execute mitigation plans. - Ensure compliance to quality procedures. Generic Managerial Skills : . Able to plan/track tasks/activities . Report progress/challenges to Sr. Management. . Experience as a leader in a team environment. . Onsite/Offshore Co-ordination. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. . Strong customer service skills. . Time-management, decision-making, organizational and excellent people skills is a must.
