Strong experience: using TopLink or Hibernate and AJAX with WebSphere, SQL Server 2005 and above, SQL*PLUS, SQL and PL/SQL. . Experience with UNIX, LINUX, and Microsoft operating systems . Strong Experience in database design and modeling . Understanding of LDAP, XACML, and SAML and encryption principles. . Understanding of general computer security technologies . Ability to communicate effectively locally and with the remote support team . Experience with established development methodologies such as Ford USDM or RUP. . Having the courage and maturity to raise issues on a timely basis and work towards its resolution is a MUST. .
