*We are looking for Storage consultant.* *Location: Boise, ID* *Rate: $50/hr* *Contract Duration: 6 months* *Skills Required:* · A very good understanding of & practical experience in managing large data centers with EMC DMX, Clariion and VMAX storages arrays and associated environments. · Experience in storage administration tasks like Creating RAID Groups, Mapping LUNs, LUN Masking, Host, Host group and Host Integration tasks for Windows, Linux, Solaris and AIX platforms · Good working knowledge of SAN storage best practice · Ability to relate various application, systems as well as Data Base related issues or requirements and apply them in to a common and coherent resolution or design with respect SAN Systems. · Experience in architecting and implementing new storage arrays and environments. · Good working knowledge of FC (Fibre Channel) Switch technology Brocade/McData/Cisco · Good experience with EMC Ionix Management Suits including ECC, Storage Scope and Performance Manager. · Good Understanding on Hitachi Storage Management Suits namely Hitachi Storage Navigator, Tuning Manager and HDS Device Manager. · Good knowledge on performance tuning of SAN arrays. · Experience in Configuring Cisco SAN Switches, VSANs, and ISLs etc. using Cisco Fabric Manager software or CLI. · Working Experience / exposure to Netapp Filers and or IBM Tivoli Storage Manager BUR S/W. · Troubleshooting Issues associated Heterogeneous storage environment and Fabric Switches using appropriate management tools. * * Thanks and Regards [image: cid:[email protected]] Sajid.
