Please forward profiles to [email protected] *Position : GREEN HAT WEB SERVICES TESTER* ***Location: Charlotte, NC* *Duration: 1 Year Plus * *Rate : $ 43-44/hr Max * ** ** * Job Description: Green Hat Tester This role will be responsible for managing the support of a Green Hat Tester toolset and supporting the testing organizations using this tool. This candidate will interact with the test team and environments management team to help troubleshoot issues which arise from development and execution of web services test cases. They will assist in reporting tool defects, making enhancement requests, scheduling tool upgrades, and application installation of new hardware. Also, the job will entail fast resolution of issues and queries raised by the test team pertaining to the test tool. Responsibilities also include acquiring knowledge to become the expert on the testing tool, protocols, and environment configurations as it pertains to the GH Support team. Lastly the resource help maintain servers hosting the Green Hat Test tool and License Servers. Required Skills: Ø Experience with Web Services Development/Testing Ø Experience Installing software / upgrades / patches on desktops and servers Ø Experience with creating Technology Enablement of manual processes using automation tools Ø Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work independently with little to no oversight/assistance Ø Excellent technical and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of teams/team members Desired Skills: Ø Working knowledge of the following tools…Green Hat Tester, Quality Center, SubVersion (SVN) Ø Experience configuring servers, desktops and firewalls Ø Application Troubleshooting (Experience resolving issues with tools/environments) Some additional info: Ø Mostly Windows and any CITRIX experience would be nice Please let me know if you need any more information.
