Please send resume to* [email protected]* Please share the relevant profiles for the below position ASAP. *WebSphere Process Server Developer* *Work Location: New York Duration: 6 Months* *Relevant Experience (Yrs):* Five or more years of hands on experience implementing Business Process Orchestrations. *Technical/Functional Skills:* At least 3 to 5 years of experience developing applications in IBM WebSphere Process Server environment. Extensive experience gathering functional requirements and developing solutions that meets business requirements. Well-versed in BPM terminology and processes; ability to leverage BPM tools to full capacity. Knowledge WebSphere Services Registry and Repository (WSRR), ITCAM for SOA, PKI, WS-Security, SAML and various web services standards are a plus. Hands-on experience building, deploying and/or supporting distributed applications built with EAI and SOA technologies (ex. J2EE on WebSphere, JMS, EAI, MQ). Hands on experience with at least one database platform (ex. Oracle, DB2, Sybase). Experience with Image Capture software, Kofax preferred. *Experience Required:* Ability to decompose documents to identify deployment requirements and configurations for complex integrations. Proven ability to facilitate task breakdown and scope discussions. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; good listener. Ability to prioritize work load and consistency meet deadlines. *Roles & Responsibilities:* Own the engineering of the plant into the environment - Interface with the engineers that own the host and network. Ongoing platform enhancements and underlying product upgrades. Develop, build, maintain and test the BCP for the plant. Own the development and support of the platform level integrations, e.g. entitlements, SOA, authentication, standard facilities. Perform level 3 support for application issues and manage the vendor's SMEs during problem resolutions and deliver the fixes to production. Produce and maintain the reference architecture and example applications that we use for validation and performance testing. Own performance, workload, and capacity management. Communicate effectively with the Development Leads, internal managers, business, project management to review project documentation and determine testing needs. Participate in internal design reviews. Contribute to production readiness/hand-off review before go-live. Be an expert technical resource to the team, to management and to peers. Ensure work processes and products meet IT standards. *Generic Managerial Skills:* Train or mentor others as appropriate on specific area of systems expertise; assist in development of training materials and/or conduct training. *Education:* Bachelor of Engineering/BS/MS.
