Required Senior Analyst/Consultant that can manage the solution definition
process for data-cards. The consultant will work with business, PMO and
cross-functional teams to collaborate on requirements definition (lead by
BU) and sol definition for wireless data card enhancement requests. Looking
for a solid *local* person who has wireless/cable BSS experience.
Works with Business and Cross-functional project team members on
wireless projects.
· Analyze business requirements/change requests that are documented
by TWC’s business teams; Participate in workshops to review and clarify
business requirements.
· Work with enterprise architecture and cross functional teams to
understand the business requirements to draft a solution blueprint for the
business ask.
· Determines detailed approach and timeline of projects.
· Defines roles and expectations of team members and ensures timely
feedback.
· Resolves issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk,
and timeline.
· Creates and manages contingency plans for the project, if
necessary.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Successful candidate will also have software or engineering
development or project management experience.
· Experience working with wireless order entry/management,
provisioning, billing and rating areas is needed.
· Must have an understanding of wireless order2cash processes.
· Communications experience (telephone, cable, wireless
communications or Internet companies) is preferred.
