The Support Specialist has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by Client Service Teams. The Support Specialist may be required to participate in pager/on-call support. The Support Specialist reports to the Client Service Onshore Delivery Lead. 1. Global SharePoint site, used for all US colleagues to help guide them through interactions with Health Care Providers, US or non-US Government Officials and vendors who may have connections with US or non-US Government Officials. Key responsibilities include: 2. - Provide primary support for InterAct SharePoint functionality 3. - Meet SLA service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status. 4. - Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems, rather than reactive 5. - Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the application 6. - Analyze and as required test enhancements and small changes to InterAct system 7. - Provide guidance/supervision to 1-2 resources (which may be offshore) 8. - Work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced work environment, with minimal supervision 9. - Interact with offshore resources regularly 10. - Significant client interaction Basic Qualifications: – 2-4 years knowledge of how InfoPath forms are designed and built – 2-4 years knowledge of SharePoint technology Please let me know if you need any more information.
