* Overall *8 years of IT experience* with *3-5 years in Microsoft
technologies
* * Very good experience in development of internet based web
applications using ASP.Net, C#, WCF, AJAX, Silverlight, form based
authentication, Java script, JQuery, and JSON
* Good experience with complex grid based web page development,
Microsoft Enterprise Library Application Blocks with web application
development
* Experience with Object Entity Mapping based data access frameworks and
Oracle 11g
* Experience in writing Low Level Design and driving the offshore team
to develop the design
* Experience in performance tuning of web application
* Good knowledge of BO crystal API
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
