*Job Description:*
Large global bank is searching for a strong C++ developer to work in their
Electronic Trading IT group. They are looking for a talented candidate to
work on options front office trading development and testing. The candidate
must have a technical background (C++) and experience on a front office
trading tool. Previous experience in front office development environment
would definitely be a plus.
The job involves analysis, development, validation, presentation and second
level support in a challenging environment so communication skills are
important.
*Position Responsibilities:*
- Understand the needs of the business users
- Adapt products to the US markets and US user needs
- Identify US specific needs
- Implement locally technical solutions that fit the current IT
architecture
- Assume second level support for the systems developed by the Electronic
Trading IT group
- Develop and maintain interfaces with the FO/MO/BO systems when required
- Write the technical documentation of the solutions(s)
- Estimate the implementation and maintenance cost of a solution
- Participate to the other tools development (Greeks analysis, position
keeping, …)
*Relevant Skills: *
- Programming language: C++
- Experience with Front Office Trading Tool(s)
- Organization and Communication skills
- Orbix / CORBA and TIBCO RendezVous middlewares
- Script language: Python
- Knowledge of Equity derivatives business a plus
