Hi… Let me know if you have any consultant for the below position. *Location:* TX *Duration:* 6 Months *Responsibilities:* • Will develop scripts to automate processes across environments, build tools to automate any manual support tasks, write scripts to automate monitoring and alerting end to end • Will be required to provide support of Production Applications and ensure a high availability to internal and external users/clients by responding with urgency to application or system related issues. • Should be an expert / all-rounder in terms of technical skills, and be capable of troubleshooting issues and resolving them quickly. This role requires a good sense of urgency and ownership, as this line of business operates in a fast paced, low latency environment. • Ability to carry out the root cause analysis of Production issue's and in implementing corrective action thereof. Follow up on incidents until they are fully resolved and root cause documented. Preventive/Proactive measures put in place to avoid recurrence of issues • Suggests and implements potential improvements to existing procedures based on experience.
