Tester - Web Services Back ground – WEBLOGIC/ WEBSPHERE ENVIRONMENT HP QUALITY CENTER ** Job Description: Tester This role will be responsible for managing the support of a Green Hat Tester toolset and supporting the testing organizations using this tool. This candidate will interact with the test team and environments management team to help troubleshoot issues which arise from development and execution of web services test cases. They will assist in reporting tool defects, making enhancement requests, scheduling tool upgrades, and application installation of new hardware. Also, the job will entail fast resolution of issues and queries raised by the test team pertaining to the test tool. Responsibilities also include acquiring knowledge to become the expert on the testing tool, protocols, and environment configurations as it pertains to the GH Support team. Lastly the resource help maintain servers hosting the Green Hat Test tool and License Servers.
