This includes all aspects of messaging, training, rhetoric and integration with all major business line for delivery in 2011. This will require advanced multi-purpose program management, budget tracking/development and integration of workflows into numerous allied departments. This work will also require the responsibility of integrating these new capabilities with in a self service technology platform *Preferred functional skills and experience: * Thought partner with business owners to identify large-scale business/strategic issues in the areas of business intelligence reporting and marketing communications. Advanced multi-process program management in budgeting, and workflow integration to support multiple departments in completion of work products. Contributes to overall department objectives/goals based on “global knowledge” of industry and organizational strategic issues. Must be able to represents team’s work to Health Plan and PMG senior leadership. Responsibilities impact the achievement of integrated functional and company objectives. Influences the development of the functional and technical requirements Requires a high level of judgment and risk taking to make appropriate decisions for diverse, sophisticated, and undefined issues. Requires significantly complex decision-making Advanced knowledge (broad expertise or unique knowledge) of policies, practices and systems in the area of Healthcare Print and E - Marketing. Proven ability to develop and implement advanced concepts, techniques, and standards in simple to understand presentation. Viewed as functional expert in field within the client’s sales teams. Leads and contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas to support new information delivery products to the client’s purchasers Highly skilled in MS Excel, Access and other databases.
