Duration : 6 months
Job Description:
Heavy Avaya – Avaya certs would be great
Heavy VoIP & PBX
Very hands-on – doesn’t want a high level hands off architect type or
project management type, straight hands-on engineering role
Responsibilities include design of the AIGGS domestic voice
infrastructure for AIGGS Clients and AIGGS Data Centers. Projects
include design, installation, circuit ordering, coordination of
network bandwidth/QoS for all voice infrastructure components and
solutions. Solutions include VOIP Hosts and remote gateway systems,
i.e. AVAYA/Cisco, dialing plan designs, call center, voice
mapplication and mobility featrues. Other projects include
coordinating large telephone moves and major restackprojects; Host/
gateway remote/shelf expansions and station programming request. Other
responsibilities include 3rd level operations support, analysis and
troubleshooting of voice, circuit and network components. - Voice
Network Implementation - adding cards, upgrades to PBX, VOIP testing.
Proactive maintanance, backups, vendor escalation, - Post Site Install
Data Documentation - Documenting of all pertinent info as it relates
to new installs, PBX expansions & upgrades, circuits, equipment,
Inventory Management, CMDB documentation etc. -
