Interact with business community and other IT teams to analyze/clarify business processes to define functional requirements Work with developers on multiple projects, support Quality Assurance team with defining and documenting test scripts/cases, facilitate functional and integration testing with business users. Manage communication plans and deployment planning logistics for the web applications which might involve user experience assessment and/or internal end user training and testing. Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required by management or users. Work closely with other IT team members/groups within the organization in the planning, design, acquisition, configuration and implementation of complex application systems. *Qualification: * B.E/B.
