They should be very familiar with web applications. This individual must be able to work independently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Ideally this candidate should have at least 3-5yrs years of hands on experience with software development and web applications. You should be familiar with both back-end development as well as client-side technologies that enable a fast and usable experience to the end user.
