Our Team has been assisting the Client for on one of their critical Projects. *Position : Business System Analyst* *Location : Parsippany, NJ ( Phone & In-Person )* *Duration : 6 Months +* *Duties & Responsibilities:* - User registration and management, - Facilitation of contents management by global category owners/users - Structured & unstructured content upload - Newsletter generation for knowledge management portals - Monitor and facilitate discussion forums - Works with creative agency to improve the visual/campaign/contents, - Feature user generated brand related contents - Enhance & monitor portal log activity , Web analytics and generate insights - Manage and develop incentive program - Idea generations for usability upgrades - Work with development team to develop portal enhancement plan and execute it strategically, Propose and execute change management plan - Manage user trainings - Explore platform integration with other IT services (like collaboration tools) or business functions (oncology). - Manage & Maintain Global Project Gantt Chart for our brand drugs *Requirements:* - 5+ years of experience with Portals, Portlets, CMS system engines, graphical design principles and tools (like Photoshop, Dreamweaver) - Must be excellent writer and expert in PowerPoint's - Candidate must have good understanding of web publishing process & various roles, web analytics & data analytics. - Nice to have: Experience with development or usage of knowledge management system - Bachelor’s minimum and anything higher is value-add. - Pharmaceutical experience is big plus, Pharmaceutical commercial business experience is preferable. - Must have minimum of 6-8 years Project Mgmt/System Analyst experience or experience of deploying/managing knowledge management initiatives. - Playing major role in global IT project launch is a strong plus. - Minimum of 1 year experience in data analytic or reporting.
