Dallas area is looking for two talented strong C#/Silverlight/ExpressionBlend/SQL Server Developers. Company is looking for a team player who likes working with minimal supervision, understands high level business requirements and is adept at producing technical specifications, designs and architectures. This organization builds high quality .NET product technology. This position will be doing both Dashboard and backend development using C# and Silver light and Expression Blend some knowledge/experience with MVVM is a big plus. Must be able to also do in depth SQL Server development work on the backend. These are immediate and critical needs and want at least one of the two developers to be able to do UI Design....this is not drag and drop controls...it is developing controls from scratch....look at the picture of a control and then turn it into a picture and then design and code the backend (SO MUST KNOW SQL SERVER). Prefer them to have the ExpressionBlend; however, is can design just fine using XAML and code it without ExpressionBlend that is fine but client does prefer that they have ExpressionBlend. Must have strong Front end and middle tier development experience with some decent backend development. *REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science. 5+ years hands-on experience in the Information Technology industry, specifically related to software design and development, database design and development, and system integration. A solid understanding of the full life cycle of development is required to be successful. Object Oriented Programming /Object Oriented Design (OOPOOD) Hands on development experience with Microsoft web technologies and database programming. Experience with C#, Silver light/ JQuery, ASP.NET, SQL Server (2000/2005/2008). Experience with N-Tier Development. Experience with Classic Web Services and WCF. Experience with ADO.NET and LINQ. Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated. Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment and be open to overtime when necessary. Within Silver light will build controls, need a good understanding of MVC and JQuery. MVVM is a plus. PLUSES MVVM Master's Degree Experience Agile or similar iterative processes. Experience with Financials systems dealing with card holder data and large volumes of transactions. Experience with the Entity Framework.
