*Location: Boston, MA * *Duration: 6 months* * * *We use Talent Acquisition Manager on a limited basis today, and we own but have not yet implemented Candidate Gateway. * Some highlights of the work include: - Documenting our requirements by meeting with HR and IT - Identifying what changes HR will need to make to their data management and/or recruitment processes - Performing all configuration and setup to match HR's requirements - Assisting HR with their portion of the setup, data migration, testing, data cleansing, etc. - Training our technical, HR, and web teams on how to integrate Candidate Gateway into our environment and how to keep it running smoothly - Assisting with go-live *Our primary requirements for the candidate are: * *Must be a techno /functional analyst 60/40%* - Communication must not be an issue. The manager stated that if they are on the fence he doesn't want to see them.
