Must have 3-7+ years of MS Data warehousing expertise experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large complex BI applications with SQL Server 2005 / 2008 and SOA skills on the current Microsoft platform i. Must have MS PERFORMANCE POINT - Deep technical understanding of all aspects of the Microsoft BI Stack including SQL Server 2008 R2 Integration Services (SSIS), the SQL Server 2008 R2 database engine, SQL Server 2008 R2 Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services (SSRS). ii. Must have exp Developing/Testing/Maintaining SSAS/SSIS packages based on design documents in a production environment experience. b. Must have extensive T-SQL development experience, including query tuning and debugging c. Relational and Data Warehousing design and development, including the Kimball DW Methodology d. Should have familiarity with .NET develop project life cycle and tools e. Must be able to define and document the business requirements and translate into functional specifications as well as document integration points of existing systems and business processes. f. Previous experience of master data management architecture and implementation would be desirable g. Must utilize and consult with the client on a "best practices" approach to Project Management and Change Management. 2. Strong knowledge of technologies such as XML/XSL/XSD, web services, and InfoPath 3. Strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills 4. Strong documentation skills including experience writing proposals and statements of work 5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 7.
