*Duration : 6 months * *Hourly rate:$50/hr* * * *Business Process Lead MUST HAVE INSURANCE INDUSTRY EXPEREINCE *As part of a Transformation initiative, working with the Business across all functional lines of the Insurance Segment, establish current state processes, facilitate process improvement discussions and develop documentation for proposed solutions. Have a strong understanding of Business Improvement leading practices and have demonstrated experience and results leading cross-functional teams through process transformation and re-engineering efforts. Skill Requirements 7+ years of business process improvement experience Knowledge of the Insurance Industry Commercial Property & Casualty is preferred Excellent facilitation management skills and demonstrated experience leading group sessions Must be detail-oriented with an ability to self-motivate and follow through on project activities and assignments The ability to assimilate and leverage existing documentation and incorporate into current and future process improvement initiatives Ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and work flow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, benefit realization and service delivery Ability to combine disciplined analysis and creative problem solving to drive business value Responsibilities Provide leadership and project management with regard to Insurance Transformation Delegation Initiative Work with Insurance Underwriting Subject Matter Experts to identify and analyze underwriting activities that can be delegated to a support resource Serve as a consultative and collaborative Process lead to the client to align business process needs with technical solutions Lead business team through capability and process methodologies that will aid in process design, requirements definition and implementation Apply a structured approach and methodology for capturing the key requirements of the business Develop requirements specifications using natural language Streamline and standardize processes to support consistent performance across both Operations and Underwriting Create Standard Operating Procedures and Training documentation Develop implementation strategies with particular emphasis on a process oriented approach Participate in the development and maintenance of methodologies, documentation and tools* *** -- Thanks & Regards Sirisha Suryadevara Manager-sales &recruiting Mutex Systems, Inc 50 Cragwood Road ; Suite 224 ; South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
