To act as a senior consultant in the Talent Management Solutions practice. ** *ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Providing leadership during the planning and design stages of deployment projects, with a specific focus on the overall solution and how it addresses customers’ specific requirements. Additionally, providing leadership and participating in process and solution design. Providing leadership on deployment of talent management projects, possibly in functional lead or project management positions, with a focus on SAP e-Recruitment and Employee Performance Management implementations and other Talent Management Solutions. Participation in business development activities, as required; this includes participation in RFP development, pre-sales and RFP related client meetings Participation in the development of SAP talent management deployment accelerators, content and solutions Participation in employee development activities, as required; this includes the provision of training in specific areas to USE Talent Management employees specifically, and employees in general; additionally, provision of support to knowledge sharing and collaboration initiatives *GENERAL DESCRIPTION: * Effectively develops Talent Management Solutions and leverages business opportunities through applying superior business and functional expertise and supplying superior customer service. * * *JOB SPECIFICATIONS:* Understanding of the architecture and business application of one or more of SAP’s Talent Management offerings.
