*Job Description*:



*Responsibilities:*

·         Installation, Administration and Troubleshooting skills of *Dynamics
CRM 4.0*, *Windows Server 2008, IIS 6.0/7.0, SQL Server 2005/2008.*

·         Provide direction to improve, analyze, and optimize day-to-day
operations in a very large infrastructure of Windows servers.

·         Provide technical expertise to perform root cause analysis of
service interrupting incidents; develop and implement strategies to prevent
recurrence

·         Drive documentation for processes and improvements to streamline
and optimize work performed.

·         Analyze system trending - Provide systems statistical trending and
analysis expertise including trending in system capacity and threshold
testing and monitoring, performance characteristics.

·         Work with third-party teams within Microsoft for
application/server configuration requirements following their Service
Request Tools and Processes.

·         Accounts, Password and Patch Management.

·         Creating and Managing Dev/Test servers in a Lab Environment.

·         Setup and supervise several VM hosts leveraging Hyper-V for
Virtualization of Lab servers.

·         Build and maintain a virtual server environment for dev and test
to create and destroy software builds as needed.

·         Work directly with testers and developers to provide timely
resolution to issues.

·         Keep up to date inventory of all lab servers.



*Must Have:*

·         5 to 10 years of professional work experience in administrating
production large scale systems in a 24x7, mission-critical environment as
well as multiple environments such as Test, Pre Production, etc.

·         Strong Installation, Administration and Troubleshooting skills of
Dynamics CRM 4.0, Windows Server 2008, IIS 6.0/7.0, SQL Server 2005/2008.

·         Working knowledge of Windows Clustering and Network Load
Balancing. Understanding of Active Directory OU’s/Security Groups and
Storage Array Networks.

·         Genuine passion for technology and desire and aptitude to increase
technical skill level.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks,
prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

·         Very good interpersonal skills, critical thinking, written and
oral communication communications skills and strong technical documentation
skills required.

·         The ability to work effectively in a loosely structured team
environment that demands a high degree of cooperation, flexibility, teaming,
cross group and real-time responsiveness.

·         Must be flexible to work in shifts.



*Good to Have:*

·         Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 in Installation & Deployment.

·         Knowledge of scripting languages, including VBS and/or PowerShell.

·         Rapid installation and configuration of server environments using
deployment technologies SCVVM & PowerShell Scripting.
