Ability to ask the right questions b. Interviewing skills of knowledge experts c. Ability to break down each task to specific components d. Documentation as appropriate 1. GAP Analysis to determine what processes would be needed to accommodate conversation of current software (Excel) to accounting software package. 2. Recommend options for process improvement to include possible conformity concerns or necessary enhancements. 3. Development of Business Case including project proposal and project definitions. 4. Work with IT and business units regarding scope. Based on the results of the above deliverables, the assignment may continue to involve: 6) Project Management a. Management of deliverables b. Management of timeline c. Management of budget *SKILLS:* Strong knowledge of Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Enterprise Architect would be an asset Sarbanes Oxley background would be an asset Business Analyst / Project Management in accounting space desirable. Experience in controls and transactional-based systems would be helpful.
