Job Title: WebSphere Process Server Developer/Administrator Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut Duration: 6 months+ Telephonic Hire Description: Minimum Requirements: WebSphere Process Server Developer 1. 4-6 years experience in a Java/PL-SQL (DB2 preferred) environment. 5+ yrs J2EE 2. IBM WebSphere Process Server 6.2 (MUST HAVE) 2-3 years experience 3. WID - WebSphere Integration Developer (MUST HAVE) 2-3 years 4. Process Server design and architecture, including the ability to design and code 5. Process Server components - what are their uses and how do you invoke them 6. Enterprise Service Bus 7. BPM suite - overall knowledge of the BPM components 8. Human Tasks in Process Server - how to develop Human Tasks in the WS Process Server API 9. Process Server Workflow Module experience 10. Must have advanced expertise in understanding architectural/system view, and have extensive experience coding multi-layered web-based systems and/or subsystems. Candidate must have excellent software development skills and experience following the software development lifecycle process. 11. Candidate must have experience in XML, Web Services (WS-*, SOAP). 12. Knowledge in the Healthcare commercial payer industry and understanding of its terminology is a plus. Description: WebSphere Process Server Developer Responsibilities will include design, coding, Unit testing, documentation and maintenance of program components and systems within the IT architecture; documentation of architectural components/subsystems, and ownership of key deliverables as directed by the team lead. While individual tasks require independence and initiative, the ability to work within rapid deployment teams is crucial. The candidate is not expected to manage direct client contact, but will be called on to assist the Account Management team in planning, executing and coordinating technical deliverables with client.
