Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training is required plus minimum 4 years experience. Qualified candidates shall also possess; strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of personal initiative, and excellent oral and written English communication skills. NOTE: The successful bidder must provide a copy of a selected candidate’s diploma or an official transcript from the educational institution PRIOR to commencement of work. * Desirable Skill and Technical Requirements: * NOTE: Include the years and months of experience & requested information in the candidate profile. 1. Documented experience in ColdFusion version 7 or later, working on large scale ColdFusion applications. Experience with ColdFusion Version 9 and/or Adobe ColdFusion Expert Certification is a plus. Please list the ColdFusion versions candidate has experience with and the corresponding years and months of experience (and certification, if applicable) in the candidate profile. 2. Documented experience in the integration and use of SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL in ColdFusion applications - Three (3) year minimum (one or combination of databases listed ok). Please list database type and versions candidate has experience with and the corresponding years and months of experience in the candidate profile. 3. One (1) year experience with ColdFusion components (CFC’s). 4. Experience using HTML 5 and CSS 3. Experience using Appcelerator’s Titanium and/or jQuery Mobile to develop mobile applications is a plus. Experience developing Adobe Flex applications is a plus. Describe how each tool was used in candidate profile. 5. Demonstrated ability to develop accessible applications that meet Federal Web Accessibility Requirements (508 compliant). 6. Documented experience in JavaScript. 7. Documented experience in jQuery. 8. Documented experience writing AJAX (using what is built into CF does not apply). 9. Documented expertise in integration of SiteMinder and/or LDAP security into web applications. 10. Documented experience with current levels of development projects and tools specifically; CFEclipse, Subversion and/or TOAD.
