Please forward profiles to [email protected] Title : Peoplesoft CRM Technical consultant Location Maryland Duration 6 ,mths+ Start : ASAP General: Candidate should possess minimum of 3-5 years experience in technical role on an application development / support team. Primary responsibilities are to design, develop, support and document key customer relationship management applications. Incumbent will be a member of a 10 person team that develops and supports business applications primarily in the Customer Service functions and also in Installation Management. Solutions developed utilize customized and configured COTS software (PeopleSoft CRM). *ROLES* Specific activities and tasks are mainly technical in nature, include: 1) Understand business requirements for customer service functions and convert into system level technical design with in-depth understanding of PeopleSoft CRM BORM (business object relationship model). 2) Develop solutions using PeopleSoft Application Designer and other PeopleSoft delivered tools like Application Engine, Application Package and Integration Broker. 3) Create test plans and coordinate testing within the team and business group 4) Documenting ongoing system enhancements and any system issues, and coordinating with manager to fit these into future planned migration releases 5) Providing input and in some situations taking lead on creating user manuals and/or user training material. REQUIRED SKILLS: Candidate must have extensive experience with PeopleSoft application development skills, and hands on database development skills with experience with Oracle version 9i or higher. The PeopleSoft development experience should include demonstrated hands-on project implementation experience within the PeopleSoft infrastructure environment, utilizing many of the following PeopleSoft products: PeopleTools (8.4x), PeopleCode, App Designer, Integration Broker, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Enterprise Portal. Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of SQL and PL/SQL. Candidate will possess 3-5 years experience in an IT Applications environment, with assignments that included system support as well as new system implementations and significant system enhancements. Must have demonstrated experience understanding and documenting current and proposed business processes, and interacting with users as IT translates business requirements into systems solutions. Candidate must have experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
