You must have at least 6 years developing well-written front-end code: JavaScript DOM, CSS, Ajax, JSON, and more. You also need to have at least 2 years of experience with writing Java servlets for Web sites. You will also be working extensively with the Salesforce.com application. This position is inside the IT organization where test-driven development and related disciplines are mandatory. Design, and develop solutions on Force.com Platform-as-a-Service, using Apex programming language and Visual Force MVC. Develop software solutions using Java (SE & EE), Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd part APIs. Improve architecture and optimize performance of very complex software systems. Troubleshoot and resolve problems. Work with Quality Assurance to system and , performance test Provide productionn support when nescessary Experience/Skills Required: Experience working on Force.com. Proficiency in Apex and Visual Force 2+ years of experience programming with Java 2+ years with Java Server Pages (JSP) 6+ years experience with JavaScript and AJAX 4+ years experience with JSTL or other tag libraries 4+ years experience with JQuery or other JavaScript libraries 6+ years experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) 6+ years experience with HTML Strong understanding of MVC concepts Strong understanding of object oriented development concepts Working knowledge of Web Services & SOAP XML Demonstrated thought leadership around cutting edge technologies Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Ability to work on multiple projects against aggressive deadlines.
