Desired Skills: - 5 Years Retail testing experience a plus. Profile 2 Required Skills: - Total 4 to 5 years of experience in testing web application / service testing. - Working knowledge of COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM and JCL. - Hands on experience in developing test strategies and test cases. - Software Testing experience using JMeter Testing Tool. - Able to work independently with minimal oversight. Desired Skills: - Able to quickly evaluate Level of Effort, complexity and risk involved in adding a scope item for large scale application testing. - Develop QA Plan, test strategies & Estimate for a large scale web application. - Review test cases with associated test data for Web application. - Plan, set-up and drive the QA framework for the SDLC. - Ability to innovate and integrate the QA/Testing lifecycle with the SDLC and architect QA solutions and tools to mitigate risks and issues for the SDLC. - Articulate scope to the team and facilitate test case design.
