. Build and configure PEGA environments
. Performance tuning for these PEGA environments
. Work with Application developers to debug and resolve issues in the
environment and the PEGA based application.
. Provide 24 x 7 production support for the PEGA Infrastructure.
Qualifications:
. PEGA administration experience - version 5.5+ (2+ years - Mandatory)
. Experience in WebSphere or JBoss administration (2+ years -
Mandatory )
. Experience in Production support (2+ years)
. Experience in performance tuning of PEGA environment (2+ years)
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Proven track record of excellent customer engagement
