They will be responsible for taking feedback from brand teams, enterprise clients, subject matter experts, and technical partner(s), synthesizing the feedback, gaining buy-in on how to respond, and managing and communicating the necessary changes and/or feature specifications *Experience * 1-2 years of web programming or comparable experience 3+ years experience managing technical and/or operational teams 3+ years experience managing business and functional requirement gathering and documentation. Proven track record as a technical and functional leader * Skills* Able to understand business processes and enable technology solutions to support client’s business Able to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively Able to be consistently detail-oriented Able to negotiate requirements from diverse source, sometimes with diverging goals Complete knowledge of software development methodologies and understand impact of requirements to each methodology.
