SAP CRM Consultant
Job Location: Palo Alto, CA
Duration: Long term contract (12 months)
No of position: 2
NOTE: Candidate need to get his own HP Laptop (other laptops will not work).
Required Skill set:
· Ability to act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
· Ability to work and communicate effectively with peers and Business Executives
· Knows how to extract & document business requirements from business / SMEs
· Ability to define business requirements to provide recommendations and solutions for complex problems
· Proven background in business process and business requirements reengineering
· Experience with SAP CRM 2007,ICWC, Service ticket, service order, individual object, Inbox configuration, Email etc
· Experience in Master data management - Business partners, Installed Base management, Product , BOMs etc
· Experience with data archiving is a plus
· Knowledge of testing , development of test cases etc
