Please review the requirement below, If you are comfortable and available shoot your updated resume with below information. *eCommerce Solutions Analyst/Lead*** *Duration: 6 Months C2H* *Location: Austin, TX* *Position: 1* * * *Job Description*: *Key responsibilities include:* Business and Domain Expertise: understand customer business model, strategies and roadmap to stay ahead of the curve anticipating their need rather than just reacting to it; Develop in-depth knowledge of the ecommerce systems landscape at client and provide objectivity and strategic insight to ecommerce demand with the view to understanding impact to revenue recognition systems., reporting and reconciliation Excellent communication skills, Ability to work with business users to understand business requirements and convert them to technical requirements for development, prototype, reporting Participate in all parts of the development life cycle - requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and release; experience in an Onsite-Offshore development model is a plus. Must possess 4+ years demonstrated expertise in ecommerce project lifecycles – from start to finish in a design capacity with a hands on insight into revenue recognition ,reconciliation and reporting – Must be capable of working across teams with indepth knowledge of reporting and reconciliation mechanisms in the ecommerce space . Experience in similar high volume ecommerce environments definitely a plus. Demonstrable experience in multiple implementations as a Functional Lead in integrated best-of-breed eCommerce solutions, and / or ERP based solutions (Oracle or SAP), are extremely desired, so is working experience in Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, COA). The incumbent must develop strong relationships with those necessary to accomplish the key objectives of the role with diplomacy, perseverance and flexibility. This individual must have the ability to work with all levels of clients in a highly dynamic environment. He/she must have exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication and ability to motivate teams in achieving shared objectives. He/she must be able to resolve interpersonal and interdepartmental conflicts, coordinate solutions to critical problems, and ensure completion of planned deliverables.
