Develop and maintain service availability metrics and statistics. Handle Tier 2 calls escalated from the Technology Service Center and provide 7X24 on call support on a rotating basis for the server environment. Perform QA process of Windows servers and run book documentation for new devices delivered to the environment. Coordinates server installations, racking and moving of devices as well as performing server maintenance, upgrades and modifications. Maintain servers located in all Citizens Bank locations. Coordinate dispatched services for sites that cannot be managed remotely. Timely escalation of issues to senior management and to vendor resources. Monitor, troubleshoot and repair all server hardware and o/s problems. Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Exchange 5.5 in a multi-server, multi-site environment providing support for over 9,000 users. Monitor, troubleshoot and support for all Messaging across the enterprise to include MQ, Exchange, SMTP gateways and connectors. The ability to travel locally.
