Minimum of seven (7) years experience: Undertakes responsibility of a sub-system within a major project, or smaller systems development project. This includes design, program specifications, testing, etc. Evaluates hardware and software in system design. Estimates times for activities in the system development cycle Writes program specifications, etc. as part of a team. Participates in project definition activities, recommend and propose ways and means to carry out activities and tasks in work plan. Reviews specifications and work deliverables. Manage lower level contract personnel assigned to a project. Must have interpersonal and supervisory skills. Must be able to lead and assist technically, when required. Must possess a high degree of experience with the hardware, software languages, and utilities associated with the category. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English language.
