design/consolidation/streamline of the Sales
processes, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, etc. Also, Client are
planning to implement CRM Desktop.
Client is looking for functional experts that can provide best practices
on process flows, consolidation, and functionality.
Reporting will not be in scope for this engagement. Client will provide
us with key dates, milestones, and deliverables.

process (List management, Campaign
management, etc.). Currently, the Marketing team has no tools and are
using spreadsheets to manage Campaigns.
Client would like to keep it simple and implement the basic Marketing
functions (no segmentation, email marketing
server, etc.).
Client is looking for functional experts that can provide best practices
on process flows, consolidation, and functionality.
