Job Title: Business Analyst w/ Agile & *Retail Banking Experience * Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 6+ Months Contract **Reference details of the last 3 reporting managers required for all submissions** Job Description: *Expert hands-on experience with Requirements gathering, process definition, requirement analysis/processes. *SDLC Methodologies—Agile/ Waterfall Methodologies required. *MS Office/ IBM Rational Requisite Pro knowledge. *Excellent functional knowledge on Retail Banking Experience required. (Corporate/Investment banking exp will also be considered, however retail banking experience is the priority) *Should be able to define and document the process. Should investigate the stated and unstated needs, document it and obtain sign off on business requirement. *Should be able to prepare Functional Test cases/ Use cases and assist in Functional Testing. *Experience with Web based applications eg. Online Banking, Payments/Transfer etc. *Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills *Strong Analytical skills.
