Good written and verbal communications used to communicate with engineering and support partners (vendors like SUN, IBM and DELL) are also required. Experience Required SUN Solaris 8, 9 and 10 and knowledge on SVM SUN Cluster server, Global zone and container troubleshooting Network CISCO, Juniper Knowledge on terminal servers/system controllers (Cyclade, Lightwave, 15K/25K) IBM AIX 6.1 and knowledge on VIO Servers and MMFS/GPFS Linux Red hat, SUSE and knowledge on DELL virtual servers Knowledge on Veritas Cluster server and Veritas volume manager Networking Added knowledge on Network, SAN and BigIP/RAS Roles & Responsibilities : .
